Hello, i have Asus gaming laptop connected to HP Docking Station via USB-C which is connected to two MSI Optix G27CQ4 monitors using DisplayPort. I am using this setup for almost half a year now and everything worked fine. Today after 2 months or so i updated my Windows, and turned the pc off. After hour or so i turned it on, turned on the monitors and they showed the MSI logo and then black screen. Windows detects both of the monitors and i can move the mouse pointer to them, but they won't show anything.
I tried following things:
But nothing helped. Can anyone help me?
My specs: Asus Tuf Dash F15 gaming laptop, Intel Core i7 11th gen, Intel Iris XE, nVidia Geforce RTX 3060 Laptop, 16GB Ram, Latest Windows 11 Home
I tried following things:
- uninstall every windows update that i installed today
- restarted pc few times
- turned both monitors off and on few times
- downloaded new drivers for both Intel and nVidia graphics card
- uninstalled Intel Iris XE drivers
- downloaded Intel drivers second time
- updated Windows
- tried using different resolution and different hertz on both monitors
But nothing helped. Can anyone help me?
