HP Support Assistant will update bios if an updated bios is available just as it does drivers. An alternative is for you to update the bios yourself from the HP support page for your device. From one of your other threads I surmise you want to clean install Windows. If you are thinking you have to update bios to clean install windows, you are incorrect,. The UEFI bios version has nothing to do with a clean install. Once a bios has been updated it is perpetual as it resides on a special chip on the motherboard even if no operating system is installed.
TBH from all your other threads I can not understand exactly what you want to do and what your goal is. If it's only to clean install windows, you are making it much more difficult than it actually is. It's all in here.

As for a batch file to install all drivers, here is how I would suggest handling this:
Start by making sure that all drivers are properly installed and that Device Manager shows no errors.
Create a directory to store all your drivers:
Export all system drivers to that location:
When done exporting the drivers simply save the C:\Exported_Drivers to a safe location.
If you ever reinstall Windows or need to restore all your drivers, do either one of these:
1) Open Device Manager. In the device tree, at the very top is the name of the system. Right-click that name and select "Add drivers". Point it to the exported drivers location.
2) As an alternative, run the command below, substituting the correct location for the drivers. Naturally, you can place this in a batch file if you wish:

- The five 8TB drives and three 512GB SSDs are part of a DrivePool using StableBit DrivePool software. The three SSDs are devoted purely to caching for the 8TB drives. All of the important data is stored in triplicate so that I can withstand simultaneous failure of 2 disks.
