Solved Annoying Black Box - How do I remove it?

Hello, I'm wondering how I can get rid of that annoying little gray/black box that keeps floating onto my screen from the top centre when I'm moving my windows around. I have no idea what the proper name for it is and I've hunted high and low on my system to try to turn it off but I honestly don't know what I'm looking for. I'm using Windows 11. Here's a screen shot. Can anyone please help me? It's so incredibly annoying. Thank you so much!
