asus taichi 21

hi, I got this laptop that has 2 displays, it was born with windows 8.0, upgraded to windows 8.1 and windows 10 but, unfortunately, the ssd was broken, I got a new ssd and I tried to install windows 11, well, the only problem is the menagement of the display. is there anybody knows how to fix this problem?

P.S. I tried to install windows 8 and 8.1 too but without any success about the display. The Asus Service didn't resolved anything via phone...

Go to the Asus Support page for your model ASUS TAICHI 21 - Support and download the latest Intel Graphic Driver for your model.

thank you for replay but unfortunately is not so easy, I mean, this laptop has intel hd 4000, the latest driver is 2015, on asus website the support is only for windows 8 and 8.1 so you can download only 2012 and 2014, both of them don't work correctly, this laptop has a switch to change the mode of view (notebook mode, tablet mode, mirror mode and extended mode) and it doesn't work. However, if I use it as a normal laptop there is no problem like display resolution (1920x1080) so the driver is correct.

The drivers on that page are specifically written for this model.

Download the driver and unzip it to a folder on your desktop or download location.
Browse the downloaded file and look for Setup.exe
Right click this and choose Properties/Compatibility tab.
Take the drop down arrow and make it Compatible With Windows 8.1.
Put a check in the box for Run As Administrator. Apply and OK.

Double click the driver to install

I did it but nothing change, I also tried with windows 8 and 8.1 with the same result, at the end of installation, no restart, the switch works but ..no works, I mean, now you can select the mode but nothing happen, if I restart everything like before
