Autostart programs are not starting minimized to systray as they should via their respective settings.

Culprits so far are dualsenseX on steam, steam itself, eM Client, and HexChat. All set to start up and start in systray yet they all show a window on login.

and the same for eM Client. I have asked on their forums about it as well as the DSX discord and I don't think it's an individual program issue but a windows one.

Yes and this has been reported elsewhere in this forum for APPs like Messenger and eM client as you mentioned.
That functionality is apparently missing in action for some UWP (Apps) & others. I have not seen a solution for it.
Please kindly report this on the Feedback Hub and hope that within the next decade MS gets around to fixing it.

Oh ok, well at least I know it's not just me then. Along with my theme no longer working I really think I'm just gonna install the latest 22h2 from uupdump and use that.
