Best method to make multiple cuts to audio file at once

I have a large audio file as shown here

This audio file is seperated by song/chapter as shown here

Is there a program/method where I can import the original audio file, specify each of the song start and end times all at once, and save each song under a new name? I could manually cut it using Audacity but I'm looking for a faster way

It is using audacity but it looks like what you are looking for. I believe this would only work if there are gaps inbetween each song (they don't have to be long, however.)
