Win 11 Ver23H2
Windows 11 D:\ drive keylocked, but not by me. It happened after I Macrium Reflex restored my C:\ drive.

After several attempts Microsoft denies me from trying because I have tried so many times. Microsoft says wait a moment because of too many authorizations and that moment began yesterday.

The reason for several attempts relates to my not being able to tell which of the several key locks keys belonged to the D:\ drive.

I will greatly appreciate advice.

Do you mean Bitlocker is enabled?
Is this a Windows Home or Pro edition of Windows?
Logged in with local account or MS account (an email)?

If it's Bitlocker you can run the following from an elevated powershell prompt to get the Key ID for the protector for the D drive
Powershell:
(Get-BitlockerVolume -MountPoint D:).KeyProtector
