Bitlocker / TPM failure

I tried to enable Bitlocker on a w11 pro machine with AMD processor. Windows gave an error saying the encryption key could not be obtained from TPM.
I was able to print out the code for bitlocker.
I went on youtub3 and determined that TPM was not enabled but BIOS says it is ... and it shows up in device manager.

So....what are my options here?

1.) Have you updated your bios? See here: (if you use bitlocker, make sure the key is backed up)

2.) Is TPM enabled in the bios?

3.) Can you see it under windows security > device security? Is the security processor enabled? You can click on details there and run the troubleshooter/clear the tpm.
