Blank screen with cursor

I had a BSOD before so i am going through troubleshooting steps, i did get the latest bios, rebooted it was fine, i installed the network driver from the msi app and when it rebooted i had this screen, ctrl alt delete works and i can load task mgr, i found some command and i was able to remove the network driver and rebooted, no luck, tried safe mode with no networking and got the same blank screen

Reloading explorer through task mgr doesnt do anything

The only thing that did work was system restore, after reboot got in, i did not install the network driver and things were fine, got all windows patches, used DDU and then got the latest nvidia driver ,played some games, used sfc and dism, then rebooted and now it returned again

Have you updated or were you able to update with the latest & correct Graphics driver for the RTX 3080?
Try resetting your BIOS to defaults. Just 2 things to consider.

I was able to get in at the create new user step

Found in another thread that explorerpatcher might be issue, so removed that and i now have no blank screen

Yes, you should have told as you're using that program because that will be our first suggestion to uninstall it.
