Hi! I'm new to this but I need some help.. My HEYDAY and JBL headphones have worked completely fine until just today. I've only used bluetooth for the past year or so because my headphone jack seems to only work when plugged in at a very specific angle and constantly disconnects. I've tried every solution I've seen but nothing works.

The problem I'm having: I connect my bluetooth headphones and it says they are connected but they will not show up as an audio output device!! This is happening with multiple pairs so I'm sure it's not the pair itself. I've tried removing and adding them back, changing permissions, running troubleshooters, etc. One solution that seems to work for a lot of people is going into the devices properties and then services and changing some permission (for example disabling handsfree audio), but when I try that it shows nothing under services! It says "This Bluetooth device offers the following services. To use a service, select the check box." but then there are no options underneath.

I'm not sure if this is important to note but I just updated to windows 11 today. I would think that this is part of the problem but I was having this problem before I updated, too. So I'm really not sure.

Please help!! :)) If you need any more information let me know.

What is your output device, eg. audio player?
