Bluetooth headset not working, audio keeps cutting out


Have you checked the Headphones aren't bad/problematic? Can you test them on another machine? Perhaps a friend's machine?

Additionally, have you tried another pair of BT headphones (if you (or a friend have any) on the "problem" machine?

Lastly - being your board (B650M Aorus Elite Gaming AX) has built in Bluetooth adapter (PDF file). Have you grabbed the latest Bluetooth drivers dated 3 Jan 2024 - B650M AORUS ELITE AX (rev. 1.0/1.1) Support | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global (depending on the revision of the board). Not sure what your problem with my reply is because I told you in response that yes I had downloaded and installed the latest driver
