Hi, I have a problem with my new bluetooth mouse which I cannot solve with the usual tricks.
HW, SW: Windows 11 22H2 on Lenovo Thinkbook 14 G4 ABA, Cherry DW 9100MW bluetooth mouse
When initially paired, everything works flawless. But after that, whenever laptop/windows starts (cold start, restart, wakeup from standby/hibernate) the bluetooth mouse suffers from frequent disconnects. This disconnects

When initially paired, everything works flawless. But after that, whenever laptop/windows starts (cold start, restart, wakeup from standby/hibernate) the bluetooth mouse suffers from frequent disconnects. This disconnects
- are very short and it reconnects immediately, causing only a short (but annoying
) freeze in movement
- only occur during mouse movement
- occur every 2-3 seconds
- seem not to be time depends, but distance dependent: the more the mouse is moved, the more often it disconnects; like a buffer that is running full
Other facts:
- the bug can - sometimes - be solved by running the bluetooth troubleshooting (System -> troubleshoot -> other troubleshooter -> Bluetooth), there it disables and reenables the bluetooth connection (I guess, does anyone know for sure what it's actually doing?). As mentioned it's not working all the time, sometimes it needs several retries.
- sometimes the problem suddenly disappears, after 2 minutes, 5 minutes etc.... but most of the time it doesn't.
- mouse tested on other laptops & Win 10, works fine.
- already changed the energy settings for the bluetooth device
- Windows Build/Version
- 22H2
