Can do a bypass reinstall 24H2 and keeping all apps data settings, may be fixed the minor updates problem?

My old Workstation hp z640 was running Windows 11 23H2 Pro for Workstations bypass, and upgraded to 24H2 bypass(i think),... the initial 24H2 major upgrade had gone ok, but now when go to apply some minor 24H2 i cannot as get noticed for 24H2 repair update and getting no compatibility as of PROCESSOR and TPM 2.0... well?

Can do a bypass reinstall 24H2 and keeping all apps data settings, may be fixed the minor updates problem?

So you were running Win 11 23h2 and was able to upgrade to Win 11 24h2.
What do you mean by minor 24H2?
You should be able to install updates as they don't do a hardware check.
Please explain in more details what is your problem.

The 'repair version' is what you'll get if you had started an in-place repair upgrade with Option One in this tutorial.

    fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, and 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2.

    My SYSTEM THREE is a Dell Latitude 5410, i7-10610U, 32GB RAM, 512GB NVMe ssd, supported device running Windows 11 Pro (and all my Hyper-V VMs).

Why am I getting a repair update, not a minor or cumulative update feature?

Well… download w11 pro for workstations iso, create bypass using Rufus then to do repair upgrade keeping files, apps, settings, all …? How to manually do this…
