There should be a feature in the control panel on the printer itself that gives that information, a diagnostic thing. My HP printers have it. It may give only the results for the installed cartridges, not for the total life of the machine.

Windows 11 > Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Printers & scanners > Click on Canon printer > Printer properties > Maintenance > View Printer status > Remote UI > Printer information.

It tells you very little information, and no page count. Mine is the rather similar TS5100 series.

You could only get page count if that is a feature your printer offers, not through Windows. Not all printers have the feature. Consult your printer manual to see if yours does, or poke around in the printer settings as @Berton suggested.

You cannot get the total of pages printed since it was switched on and installed.
You can get a page count from an Application you are printing from in the Print Dialogue/Preview or whatever.

HP do a total, but not a Canon feature apparently.
