I've got a Thomson "netbook", 10" with a Snapdragon processor, originally Windows 10, upgraded it to 11 with no issues.
When I started experiencing a software problem, I decided to format it.
I downloaded Windows 11 ARM from uup dump.
Burned the ISO using Rufus.
Disabled Secure Boot from the UEFI.
When I boot the key, a few seconds after selecting it from the boot menu (and seeing the manifacturer logo, so I know it's reading the key) I get a BSOD with the error code STORAGE MINIPORT ERROR.
To be sure it wasn't caused by a faulty ISO, I re-downloaded a slightly different version and tried it to no avail.
Note: the only port of this laptop is a USB C.
Note 2: I know I can technically reset the OS using the internal tools but that's not always possible.
What am I doing wrong?
