Hello all, I'm tryin to help out my ma but I've run into an issue I've never seen before.
She has Windows 11 (Sorry, didn't get the ver #) and when she goes to certain sites, this one being the primary one and scrolls down to try to fill out the form it doesn't let her. The mouse doesn't change to the cursor for typing and when she tries to click on it it doesn't do anything, won't let her type or even select the field.
I tried this with her normal browser, Chrome and also in Firefox and Edge and it does the same thing in all three of them. When I try it on my phone or here at my own PC it works fine.
Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks for your time.
My Windows 11 Pro is up to date. I use Edge. I filled out the first couple of fields just fine, but I wasn't interested in finishing it and cancelled out.

I am using the latest version Windows 11 and latest version of Chrome and I had no problem entering data into the form area. In fact, I let the autofill handle most of it.
You might want to double check the Javascript settings in Settings -> Site Settings -> Javascript. The form your filling out is a HTML file, in a "<iframe>", read in at load time with Javascript. There may be something blocking it.
