Best,
I can no longer create new shortcuts in Windows 11.
After creating a quick link when I want to open it I get the message,
This file does not have an app associated with it that can perform this action.
install an app or, if already installed, a link to the default app settings page is required
I had installed a program to install it, but after that I only had the option to quickly mount it.
with that logo
I deleted everything and now I can no longer create a quick link
the old shortcuts still work
