This is likely my fault, I probably disabled a service I shouldn't have by accident. Whatever it is I have created a fantastic cascade of errors that is fantastically limiting capability on this machine.
1. I logon after fresh restart: It takes it forever to load the toolbar
2. It loads the toolbar after like 1 to 2 minutes: Neither the windows start menu nor the search toolbar are working at all, they don't even interact.
3. Go to services and look for Windows Search: Assumed this was the issue -- it is correctly set to Automatic, but doesn't appear to be running after a fresh restart for some reason. Easy fix though, just turn it on right? (Wrong.)
4. Try to turn on Windows Search service: After giving the little loading bar for a few seconds it throws an error that says: "Windows could not start the Windows Search service on Local Computer. Error 1753: Thee are no more endpoints available from the endpoint mapper." In my extremely limited experience that seems like an error with RPC services, Remote Procedure Call (RPC) and RPC Endpoint Mapper.
5. Go check on Remote Procedure Call (RPC) and RPC Endpoint Mapper services: Both services are running and set to automatic so that should be fine.
6. Notice Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Locator service: This was not running so I started it.
7. Try to turn on Windows Search service again: Same error as before, won't start.
8. Try to take a screen shot of the issues for this forum:
9. Give up windows start menu as search for simply lost and just try to go about work anyway, starting by logging into gmail: Most of the web seems to be working fine, but for some reason simply loading the gmail login page freezes and crashes firefox (everything, not just the tab in question, all tabs, other windows, associated process, etc...) instantly whether in public or private browsing mode. Try Brave Browser instead -- it can actually get to the gmail login page without freezing, but if I type in the name and password then it does the same complete freeze-crash that Firefox does whether in public or private browsing mode.
Does anyone have any idea what is going on here and what I might do about it? My best guess is I must have disabled a service I shouldn't have and it has created a fantastic cascade failure of services and other dependencies that is making everything unusable. But where did the Apps folder C:\Program files\WindowsApps go, and why? As clownishly ignorant and reckless as I may be, I am having trouble fathoming what I did that created a mess quite this large for so little discernible effort.

8.A: Windows + Print screen keyboard shortcut isn't working.
8.B: Windows + R to run launches run dialogue. Type in "snippingtool" and press "Ok" immediately get "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access them"
8.C: Try to navigate to "C:\Program files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.ScreenSketch<whatever_version> in the file directory FIND THAT THE ENTIRE FOLDER C:\Program files\WindowsApps DOES NOT EXIST! ... where did that go? I know I didn't knowingly delete that. That is supposed to be a super protected folder, I am not sure I would even know how to delete that if I wanted to.
