Change the font and positon of lockscreen clock

is there any 3rd party app or script which could make this possible?

Windows 11 wont allow you to remove the time from the lock screen, nor will it allow you to customize it.
You'll need to search for a 3rd party app, if there even is one.

The only options that I am aware of for the clock is the regional format settings.

Settings>Time & Language>Language & Region
Click "Regional Format"
Adjust as required.
