Changing folder icon of "Save as" or "Open as" or "Open" windows..

I could change my folder icon for all folders in explorer including desktop, but i don't know
how to change that original yellow folder on the "Open as" or "Save as" or "Open" windows .. .

It's not very clear.
Problems can be only for 32-bit applications , you need to change the icon also here
