Does anyone know of any computer learning videos that can help you fill in the gaps of your computer knowledge that one might not have? However, I'm not referring to beginners' instructions and I'm hesitant to say intermediate instructions since that might skip over some things that would be beneficial to know. Therefore, does anyone have any suggestions?

    Been doing computers since '62(IBM 7070/4(just missed their 650!!!). Managed a bunch of 360's. My first PC I think was one of the RS puters (I tried them all), a commodore, an IBM PC w DOS 3.11, and others mainly DIY (COMPUTER SHOPPER!!!) w 95, 98, xp, vista, me, 7!!!, 8, 10!!!, 11.

Not that these are video’s, but I would suggest scrolling through the tutorial index here and investigating any tutorials available. There are many.

Brinks’ tutorials are extremely comprehensive, easy to follow and cover a lot of ground.
So rather than watch a stream of information in a video that may not all be relevant, you can pick and choose what it is that appeals to you in the list. Study the Tutorial & then if you choose to, seek out videos related to the subject.

This true but not for everyone. Some people can learn easier by watching something then they can by reading something.
