Connecting Xbox Controller via BT after Xbox USBDevice update causes GSOD

I'm having this cursed issue as well. I thought it was because the warranty on my Motherboard just lapsed. I really hope they resolve this issue soon.

This issue crashed my system completely! Forced me to reset my OS and manually install everything from scratch. SMH Issues occurred when trying to connect with Xbox Controller as well as my 8Bitdo via Bluetooth. Did someone say the latest patch resolves the issue? I'm tempted to download the latest updates, but don't want to go through this nightmare again.

Follow MacGeekAz's instructions for removing the driver, it's fairly easy to do. You should be fine downloading the latest Windows driver updates...or bail out of the Insider builds so you're no longer dealing with somewhat untested Windows builds that are problematic for people that use their systems for gaming anyway. I'm running the latest cumulative Windows Insider build...I let the updates run a day or two after removing the driver (after noticing MS released another insider build update this past Fri), based on MacGeekAz's instructions. No problems since.

Always pay attention to those "cumulative" Windows insider build updates. If you experience freak crashes, GSoD's, etc...it's almost always related to something buggy in the Insider builds, and definitely not worth wasting your time doing a complete Windows reinstall. Next time you get a GSoD, or any sort of odd random crash, go check your Windows update history...that's almost always the root cause of your problems.
