I have this problem where my laptop and mouse is not available when i boot or restart my laptop. No it is NOT a driver problem. This is a convertible touchscreen laptop that folds into a tablet (mode).
After a lot of experimenting, i ad now found out that if i DISABLE the INTEL INTEGRATED SENSOR in DEVICE MANAGER, i have access to my laptop and trackpad mouse on boot (but obviously no tablet mode when i fold the laptop).
Could someone take an intelligent guess as to what exactly could be wrong?
Is my laptop stuck in tablet mode?
Has the G(yro) sensor malfunctioned?
has a sensor cable malfunctioned (the tablet too does not auto orient portrait to landscape when rotated)?
Please share educated opinions, thoughts, possibilities if possible
Thanks
