defaultuser0 is a temporary user account, created during OOBE Setup. It's no longer used after a successful Windows install.
If you see this user displayed onscreen, it's likely caused by one of three general problems:

1. Unattended file has some bad or missing settings, for example trying to use SkipOOBEUser without specifying the primary user's details.

2. You messed up and broke OOBE, from a debloating error and removed a required package.

3. You're trying to hide the last user account's name in the Logon Screen. Since defaultuser0 was the "last" logged on user before you, Windows is correct.

My observation in the last 20 or so postings in this forum, you're not slowing down to exactly describe what steps you're taking to build an install ISO. Therefore no one can help you, since you don't provide enough details to fully understand what you did.

Amen. With the questions that has been asked thus far I have no idea what this OP is trying to accomplish (and why) & all the requests for scripts to build a custom iso for one incompatible laptop when he didn't even know where to get an iso or how to get drivers for his device leads me to believe this OP is a little out of his depth.

@help Unlike @garlin who is proficcient in both scripting or building custom isos, I am not well versed in either as I have had no need to be. I recognized right quick both took a level of expertice that I do not have. One has to walk before he can run and scripting and building custom isos is running.

My best suggestion to is to become familar with the forum's vast tutorial section. Anything a layman might need is in there and the tutorial section is searchable. There are step step by step instructions on everything from how to clean install on both supported and unsupported devices as well as detailed tutorials for how to tweak every aspect of Windows 11 to your liking..

Once you get it like you want it, create a system image. Create regular images going forward. Then, if ever need be, you can restore your system in a matter of minutes and have no need of any iso.
