My system is slowing down response time

Are you saying a brand new system is slow right out of the box with no programs installed and no tweaks to the system? When you say response time, response time in WHAT?
Please fill out the complete system specs section of your forum profile, including version & build # of Windows 11, complete model # of the Dell, complete model of cpu, amount of ram, and your graphics info.
