Why do I see a little bright red square appear on my screen then go away on top of screen when I right click to copy image?

Maybe it has something to do with the notification thingy...
(Or maybe additional options, or, a Record button..., don't know why it's solid red though!!!)

Try identifying the program causing this red square to appear you can do that with Process Explorer, here's how:
