Disable windows 11 Win+C shortcut without powertoys

Windows can't ever stop being ever so annoying. Regedit modifications to disable win+ shortcuts do not work on win+c for some reason.

Does anyone else has any idea how to disable this annoying ass shortcut without the use of annoying ass powertoys or explorerpatcher?
Explorer patcher is fine but it is not for me.

I might be being a bit slow here but could you just not use it?

It might help to know what the issue with the use of the Win + C combination is. On mine it just brings up things about calling and chatting, etc. Maybe removing those features would help?

Does "occassional pressing win+c shortcut by mistake" counts as a use? Because otherwise, I am not in any need or use for it.

I'd love to know how to remove thie feature. And the issue? The issue is that it pops up now and then during "mistaken" pressing of win+c shortcut. Clipboard shortcut is win+v and sometimes the finger ends up on c instead of v.
It would be fine if it was just the popup. But "Microsoft" starts installing teams if it detects a mouse click within that entire popup. So if I don't want teams, and teams is uninstalled, and by mistake the popup activates and by mistake the mouse gets clicked within the popup, I have myself a frigging team that I need to uninstall. Now imagine having that done even 3 out of 10 times on an average per day.

The only thing I've found is it may be tied into Cortana, Win Key + C opens Cortana on Win10.

To add, just saw an article on the MSN News that says Cortana is no longer "baked into" Win11, can be removed.

Well, I just checked but I don't even have Cortana installed much less enabled. Don't think what you said is the case then.

I have a Cortana icon on my Apps list [Start menu] but it is not listed in Programs and Features nor in Task Manager but Teams is.
