Is there a good guide to manually disable all telemetry in Windows 11? The way I used to go about it, OOSU10, is presently broken in Windows 11 as of 12/14 on a fresh install.

In what way is it broken?
Does it not want to run on your system?
Or does it cause an error? What error?
What version of O&O are you using?

Please describe the problem somewhat more comprehensive.

Let's not derail the thread topic but in short, after running it, when I right click a non Windows icon, so for example Steam or Discord, Windows 11 semi freezes and just shows the throbber. I have reinstalled Windows 3x today trying to fix the issue by running it at different points in the setup, ie, before even touching the registry or uninstalling default apps. All options in OOSU10 were enabled.

I never enable all options, because that can give many unwanted effects.
Just enable those options that in ypur view are important.
There must be one that's causing your problem.

I just checked the newest version of O&O in a VirtualBox 24H2 test system and everything is working fine. But because I don't use neither Steam or Discord, I could not check the right button on those.

You enabled 100% of the options?

I would say if you disable all options, because in O&O setting the button green is disabling the option!

No! I would never do that, because I know disabling 100% of the options brings a lot of problems!
I will not even do that for a test to help you. You will have to look for yourself which disabled option is causing the problem.

You could again enable (set the button to red) all options of a certain class (ie. app privacy) and look if the problem stays.
If not do the same with all options of another class.
When you found a class where enabling all option solves your problem, you then might disable half of those and so on until you find out which one it is.

I had the same thought initially. So in one of my many installs today, I did try to undo it by switching them the other way. Whatever it did, caused perm damage as it was not reversible.

He's saying the opposite = to Enable only what you need (not 100%).. If you check the Description (by clicking on a setting) - you can see what it does and there's also Recommendation on right side (Yes/No/Limited). Some features are not recommended disabling but you still have that option (if still want to do that). Other options are recommended but maybe you use/need. If you don't like to read descriptions and customize it based on your personal needs - click on Actions (up left corner) - undo all changes and select Apply only Recommended Settings.

So this is a gaming PC. Nothing important happens on it. I want to min/max everything I can for the best latency and most FPS. I really do want everything I can disabled that I can.
