Display blanks out for 2 or 3 seconds since updating to 22h2

Only when the PC is idle
Windows 11 pro
RX 6700xt Not overclocked Stock Updated to the latest AMD Drivers
10700k Not overclocked Stock
before updating to 22h2 i never had this
and it only happens when the PC is idle for 4 or 5 minutes

How did you update your driver? Did you uninstall old driver first? I would completely uninstall display driver using DDU Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.6.0
Read instructions entirely. Must be done in safe mode.

Then reinstall latest driver. https://www.amd.com/en/support/grap.../amd-radeon-6700-series/amd-radeon-rx-6700-xt

If that doesn't work uninstall the latest driver using DDU and install a slightly older driver since the driver is brand new updated 2/22/23. It used to be that AMD listed older drivers for a gpu on its support page, but I can no longer find that option. You may need to contact AMD support to acquire an older driver OR after the newer driver is uninstalled, restart and run windows update and let it install the driver which would most certainly be older than what AMD is offering. The problem with that is it might be quite a bit older.
