To disable driver updates I used the registry fix in this tutorial, if that's good enough.

Thank you for your effort.
I want to download only security updates. I have already disabled the downloading of drivers and I want to receive only security updates but I guess it is not possible as they are included and integrated with the features.

There are no security-only updates in the W10/11 servicing model, other than standalone fixes like SecureBoot DBX, Intel MMIO, etc.

If you look back at W7/8, having parallel sets of security-only and feature-and-security updates created a huge nightmare for MS and now they simply force everyone to install cumulative updates with everything. To avoid new feature changes, you would have to disable WU and skip over all the bundled security fixes. Those are your options.
