Downloading a game from Steam on a different user

Can I somehow download a game from steam twice on the same computer but on different user? Now it just gives the option to play and it doesn't work.

Do you get this when you open Steam: (screens below)
If you do , you'll have to choose who is playing.
I opened the other account because I bought a game on CD
and installed it via Steam. The game was already on the HDD and
Steam only installed what was missing , the name of the other
player and created a new folder , I guess on the cloud, in order to
keep relevant info for this new player.

What is not working for you?

What is not working for you?

I have the game on steam and I wouldn't like to buy it again. But are you saying that if I would use another steam account and buy it there it would work?

OK so, when I switched to other account, I can now access the games that were added in Steam
since I opened the other account. this is how you should do it as well.

So I should just make a new steam acc and all the games will be there or what? The game I want to play is rdr2.

Yes. Open a Different Account in your Steam app on Your PC. "Different name and email address".
If you follow these instructions from this video, you should be able to access the games you wan to play:

Ok thanks I will try but I read somewhere that game needing other launcher or smth like that won't work

I tried and rdr2 doesn't support family sharing in steam
