Solved Drive Letters

When I view drives in Explorer I find that there are 4 drive letters with question marks against them. How do I get rid of these? The drive letters in question do not have a device attached to them. This only started after I recently started using Google Drive. Google Drive Desktop is drive G.

Hi, dave, and welcome!

You "get rid of these" by attaching devices to the ones with question marks. It's default behavior in W11 for the File Explorer to put a question mark next to any index/shortcut you've set up with a removable storage device, and then detached the device. You might want to read the ??s as "Is there any reason for this shortcut to be here?"

Those shortcuts appear to be ones you've added to File explorer's Home section.
It is normal for such entries to have ? on them when the target is not available.

You can right-click on each entry and select Unpin to remove them if you don't want them there.
