Edge asking for code, pin

OS...... 22631.4037 At start popup opens asking to send code to default mail...no mater how many times
you try that code sent to log in Edge it fails. Is this something new with a update or some type of virus/Trojan?

What happens if you choose ‘Use your password instead’ option?
I’ve not seen that pop up.

I did that and had to select new password, but at least the popup is gone now

You’re welcome.
I’d double check recovery options on your account & perhaps add a cell/mobile phone number (if you haven’t already) as a backup recovery option.
