Can you not grab the Title Bar of the pop-up window and drag it into view?

Can you grab the edge and stretch it manually...
or, can you right click on the Title Bar and get it to Maximize itself...

As it’s a tiny screenshot, I can figure what it is. A larger area would help. Also, I think it’s a popup. Are you trying to view your statement?

Do this and select “move”. It will immediately place the cursor where it needs to be and make it a crosshair. Just left click and drag the window to where you want it.
