Anyone else had this error, it's doing it on a few browsers, and it's getting annoying having to press F5 frequently.

Only very seldomly, like almost non existent but it has happened in the past. I believe it may be related to Cloudflare.

you can disable QUIC protocol temporarily in chrome based browsers.

in the address bar put .. chrome://flags
then use search for QUIC and use the drop down menu to disable.
see if that gives any improvement. you can re-enable at anytime.

just a thought .. try changing DNS to 9.9.9.9 and then retry.
you can change it back at any time.
