What is causing error code B305ED09 on Officejet Pro 9025. When used on another Windows 10 PC no problem but now bot new windows 11 laptop problem started. From what I've read so far Factory Reset is required on the printer. Does not appear to help unless I am doing it wrong. Any ideas or suggestions.
