Explorer bug when clicking the "see more" on the toolbar?

I just updated to Windows 11 and faced a nasty bug. See the video below. When clicking the three dots on the tool bar, to open the "see more" menu, it pops up above the screen's visible area.

How can I fix this?

Windows 11 Pro version 24H2 26100.2605

All updates done, including optional updates and drivers. And yes, I have restarted the computer :)
