Freebooters solution did not work, for some reason I had no access to my own drive!
Don't know what went wrong whatever I tried failed!
Ended up reformatting the drive (Transcend 250H) reinstall Win 11 from fresh ISO, reinstall Hasleo backup & this restored the system!
