I just tried to use the Feedback Hub and I have to admit that MS now has me totally lost on how to use it. If MS truly wants feedback then why did they make it so complicated for the average user to use?

I couldn't even figure out how to read any feedbacks.
Edit: I went back and found out that from the Home page one is limited to what one can do when giving feedback. When I notice there is a feedback link on the right I clicked on it and found posted feedback. Now I need to figure out how to post my feedback in the proper section.

The Hub is useless, I have never received and answer to anything even after submitting video and Email . I get better support from this Forum than anything ran by MS.

It sounds just like the Microsoft operated help forums. Never once did i get a answer to a problem that worked.
Much better to ask a query in a forum like this one and get your problems sorted.
