Few Defender Updates.

Is anyone noticing issues with Defender/MS Store and Windows Update? Tried to check for Windows Updates and taking up to 15 mins to check. Same for MS Store with the spinning wheel. MS Defender update hasn't been updated since 1.421.1648 at 5.10am on 1/2/25. This is happening on all devices. I assume it's a MS problem although I can't see any info. Thanks

I used ESET Home Smart Security Premium version as my primary anti-virus software. I have Windows Defender configured to scan periodically, so I keep it up to date. Every day I log in (computer off overnight), I update Malwarebytes Premium and Windows Defender, via Windows Update. ESET updates itself upon launching.

I just updated Windows Defender now. Here is what I am seeing:

Update for defender/windows are working just fine for me, also on 1.421.1660.0. And store updates also ok.
Have you done/tested a restart, maybe somebackground process stopped that needs windows update/store to function properly.

Hi @garioch7 and @Tester . Yes everything is OK now. Part of Friday and all day yesterday updates were taking 15\20 minutes to check. I wasn't sure if it was our Internet. We lost it for a few days after a hooley of a storm last week. Storm Eowyn. Thanks again. Mitch.
