EDIT: I'm on the last version of 24H2.

I'm heavily modifying (via GPO and Registry) the FileExplorer to show only the Downloads folder and any attached devices.

For the location box, there are these down arrows which allow me to navigate to certain folders, for instance, the user's Music, Pictures, Desktop, Videos folders. I don't want the user to access any of these folders. The only thing I want in the list, is The Downloads folder, and possibly any attached USB flash drives.

Is this possible, and if so, how?

I noticed when clicking on This PC, it showed all of my user folders. I tried manually deleting the Music folder, rebooting and it 's still in the list.

How can I Limit the items in this list to specific items?

I need a better image, I'll work on that and update the OP for clarity.

Sorry I thought a Kiosk would help but I don’t think it’s what is needed. Edited post.

I assume you're referring to 'Save as' dialog boxes...,
... you can't..., unless you completely customize the Navigation Pane on the front end, which would be pointless!

The only ones you can customize are the old Common Dialog boxes, which are few and far between in Windows...
