Heck it's easier to DL Ccleaner and do it that way in the "Applications section" just Google "Ccleaner Portable "

yup even in chrome you can have it delete cookies on exit

Yes I know that you can delete them on exit. BUT I want to keep some of them from being DELETED. So thought this took care of it - I do not see such a menu in Chrome - which is why this lengthy thread started.

I went to Privacy and Security - I don't see a place to add those sites for retaining cookies. I.e... this site - I cleaned out all cookies yesterday and today I had to sign in to this site. I would like to avoid all the sign-ins -- thanks.
