I've finally fixed the issue where every time I check for Windows Updates, "Update for Windows Security platform - KB5007651 (Version 10.0.27777.1008)" shows up constantly. It says it installs and completed, but the next time I check for Windows Updates, it's back.

I know a lot of people have had this issue, so just posting this as something for you to try. It fixed it for me and might for you.

I use Eset NOD32 antivirus software (AV). After reading a post from Google from a chap with a different AV, he uninstalled his AV and it fixed the reinstalling update issue.

So, I paused my NOD32 (I didn't uninstall it), checked for Windows Updates again and the update said complete and it has not returned again.

It looks like NOD32 was preventing KB5007651 from being installed correctly. This might not just be related to ESET NOD32 but may also occur with other third party AV products. It's worth a try if you are plagued by this issue.

The case fan and CPU cooler were after purchase upgrades...the i7 cpu runs hot and the OE solution can best be described as marginal when CPU intensive apps are used.
ALSO added VRM and SSD passive heatsinks.
