gallery app on the phone

I can see the pictures on the phone using the gallery app on the phone. How can I access these files using windows explorer when I connect my phone to my laptop? I click on USB file transfer and can see many of the phone media directories but cant find the pictures that are in the gallery app on my phone which is a Motorola One UW. Thanks.

When you attach your Phone to the Laptop via USB cable, swipe down the notification screen and allow file transfers.

They will most likely be in a folder called DCIM/Camera

DCIM/Camera includes the pictures that I took on my phone. I am looking for pictures that were sent to me that I downloaded on my phone, and I can view in the phone gallery app.

The only suggestion I can give is to open all of the folders and sub folders to see if you can find them.

Yup! They could be all over the place..., depends on the origin of the download.
