Hi everyone,

I am randomly getting BSODs when using my HDD dock. I don't see a message when it does it. It (the screen) is garbled. It has happened a few times. Basically, I turn the dock on and it occasionally BSODs.

I have just updated the AMD X570 chipset driver.

Can anyone help?

DMP file is attached.

I did not see the link (BSOD - Posting Instructions) before I posted.

The V2 Log collector output is attached.

I have had my MOBO for about 5-6 weeks. Also got a new CPU. MY PSU 750W Coolermaster V Series V750 80 Plus Gold.

I am running the latest BIOS version - TUF GAMING X570-PRO WIFI II BIOS 4408.

If any more info is required I will post it.

Cheers!

The BSOD caused by bcfnt.sys driver which belongs to BestCrypt Volume Encryption Driver from Jetico, Inc.
