Is there any method or application or anything that disables or forces to disable Fullscreen Optimizations globally?

Hello, :alien:

You can use option two below to affect all users on the PC. However, since this is a compatibility mode setting, it does only apply per app/game and not all.

You might also check the setting below to see if it may help.

Yes thanks I'm aware that I can disable and enable this from the compatibility tab for each app or game, my questions is if there's any way to get to disable this for all apps or games globally without having to do it individually.

Maybe this is what you are looking to do.

Yes that's what I mean but unfortunately that method doesn't actually work.

How do I know it doesn't work? right now a game (Mafia DE) has an issue for everyone where if Fullscreen Optimizations is enabled it starts in a black screen unless you disable Fullscreen Optimizations.
