Help with Quickshare

Hi Guys

I need some help to use Quickshare, my laptop says its ready to receive but when I open a pick to send from my mobile, nothing happens.

• Are you signed in with the same account on all devices?
• Are you connected to the same network on all devices?
• Are you getting a confirmation PIN at all?

Bluetooth is just as fast, if not faster.

1 Depending on your devices, sign in to all devices with either your Samsung or Google account,
(Make sure 'Receive from your devices' is chosen)
2 Choose a file, send to desired device, click Accept with matching PIN's...

Bluetooth is way less of a p-i-t-a, btw.
And, for large amounts of data, just connect via USB cable.

On your device, select an item and send to Bluetooth...

On your PC, open the System Tray, right click the Bluetooth glyph and select Receive a File...

On your device, choose destination...

EDIT:
If you pair your devices with your PC, they will always show in the above list.

A shortish one again I'm afraid but here we go if it helps you help me.
My phone is an Android, and my laptop is an HP with W11.
I have Quickshare on my phone and laptop.
I have just c/on a photo, c/on the share symbol, c/on Bluetooth and the window says select device, but all that shows in my car.
What am I missing?

I have just done the same as above, but c/on QS instead of Bluetooth. On my phone, I c/on My Pc picture but it is just "scanning nearby" ?

I must admit, I find it much easier to transfer the pics with cable, maybe I will be proved wrong ?

Use Microsoft Edge on phone and PC, and use the Drop function.
Or use OneDrive/Google Drive/Dropbox
Or something like Samsung Flow, Intel Unison
All will send/receive files using Wifi

Yeah..., I don't know what to tell ya! It can be finicky at times..., keep trying, I guess.
