Solved hover over firefox or explorer help

When i go to hover my mouse over firefox icon on taskbar or explorer it shows the active things open but sometimes when i go to press what i want it disapears anyway to fix this like having the thumbnail of what to press longer.

here is what i mean when i go to select the pop up of the file explorer it disappears down again.

It appears to be a bug. I occasionally see the same thing in the latest Canary builds.
