How can a function key used for "Stop/Play" of browser videos
My desktop PC has a multimedia keyboard with an additional row of touch buttons for multimedia control. I use the "Stop/Play" very often especially whilst viewing browser videos. But my new notebook (Samsung Galaxy Book S) only has only the normal function keys. Can I program one of them to function as a "Stop/Play" button?

Indeed, the space bar helps. But of course only as long as I am in the tab with the video. But at least I can switch tabs and even programs in Windows without losing the sound of the video, whereas this is not possible with Android devices

Installing PowerToys from Microsoft helped: With this tool I could give a F-key the function "Stop Media". An "Enter" or a left mouse click starts again.

The K or the space bar starts AND stops it.

No, not on my machine: I mostly watch videos in the browser (I use Chrome, Opera and Edge) and there these keys do not work.
