How do I change the text size for Win11 File Explorer?

How do I change the text size for all Win11 programs, such as File Explorer. I've seen options such as --- "Start > Settings > Accessibility > Text size" --- which is not an option ----"Start > Settings" --- does not give "Accessibility" as a choice.

Advanced System Font Changer - WinTools.Info​

Change font size for ICON. This also changes file explorer font size. Be sure to change gradually until you get an acceptable size.
